迟铭，博士，副教授，博士生导师，海南自由贸易港D类人才。2021年12月毕业于吉林大学管理科学与工程专业，获管理学博士学位，期间前往澳大利亚西澳大学商学院（UWA Business School）进行联合培养。近三年发表SSCI/SCI/CSSCI索引期刊论文30余篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目、省部级项目4项，参与多项国家社科项目、国家自然科学基金项目和省部级项目。多次指导学生参加正大杯全国大学生市场调查与分析大赛和全国企业竞争模拟大赛等全国重要赛事，并多次获得国家级和省部级奖项。
研究方向：人机交互、零工劳动者职业发展、职场物化、数字营销、项目管理等
